Truecaller is launching its own VoIP with the next update of the popular App for Android and iOS users. According to the company, the App named TrueCaller Voice, offers a clear, crisp and high-quality call even when data or WiFi coverage is low.

According to Truecaller official statement, “users are making more than 180 million phone calls through the Truecaller dialer per day. Half of the calls are to other Truecaller users, which is why this company has decided to launch its own VoIP service.”

The Truecaller Voice icon are placed at easily accessible spot within the app so that users do not need to leave the App to call other users.

Call between Truecaller application users are free and users will only have the data bundle deducted.

The service is currently rolling out to Android users and will be launched for iOS users in future.
