Before you make a commitment on subscribing to this new plan, it is very important to check the very abnormal terms and conditions of the Airtel new 2GB and 6GB data plans;

Upon subscription, it automatically deactivates any existing data plan

It only works on 2G network

No matter the strength of your network, it must be set to 2G network or else you won't be able to use your data.

I still find it hard why Airtel introduced this data plan which is useless for most people even in a 3rd world like Nigeria. Anyway, the plan will be ok for browsing and regular chatting on instant messaging apps like whatsapp and telegram. You will definitely dislike it when it comes to downloading and streaming and uploading of files.
